Fox V3 Drip motocross helmet
The Fox V3 Drip is a high-performance motocross helmet that combines advanced protection, low weight, and comfort for demanding MX riders. It is equipped with the Mips® protection system, a composite fiberglass shell, and an MDEPS™ EPS liner, which together provide a high level of protection during training, racing, and intense riding on the motocross track.
Mips® protection against rotational forces
The Mips® system includes a low-friction layer between the head and the helmet. It is designed to allow controlled relative movement under certain types of impacts and help reduce rotational forces that can be transferred to the head in a crash.
Lightweight composite fiberglass shell
The composite fiberglass shell combines high impact resistance with low weight. The Fox V3 Drip thus provides the protection required for serious motocross riding while helping reduce the load on the head and neck during longer training sessions and races.
MDEPS™ for effective impact energy distribution
The internal MDEPS™ EPS liner is designed to distribute impact forces over a larger area. Together with the composite shell and Mips® system, it forms an important part of the V3 helmet’s multi-layer protective design.
Three-position visor with a safety-oriented design
The adjustable visor offers three positions and uses purpose-designed fasteners. A clip-on visor extension is also included, providing additional protection from mud and debris under demanding track conditions.
Ionic+® liner for better moisture management
The Ionic+® inner liner effectively wicks moisture and contributes to a more pleasant feel during intense riding. The emergency quick-release cheek pad system further enhances the helmet’s functionality, and the construction is also compatible with the eject™ system.
Hydration and communication while riding
The Fox V3 Drip is also ready for long training sessions and races. Integrated hydration routing allows drinking while riding, and dedicated speaker pockets are compatible with most helmet communication systems.
ECE 22.06 certified MX helmet
The V3 Drip meets the safety standards of ECE 22.06 and DOT. It uses titanium D-rings for secure closure. The helmet in size M weighs approximately 1270 g, offering an excellent balance of protection, functionality, and weight.
